Return Policy
Each corsage is handcrafted from natural dried and preserved flowers, making every piece unique. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, custom orders, sale items, or slight variations in appearance.
Shedding & Variations
Dried and preserved flowers are delicate and may naturally shed or vary slightly in colour and texture over time. This is part of their charm and is not considered a fault. Minor shedding during transit is also normal and does not affect the overall appearance of your corsage.
Damages
All parcels are carefully packaged and marked as fragile. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos showing:

This helps us resolve the issue quickly and lodge a claim with the courier if required. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed, as the courier determines the outcome. If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Shipping & Returns

Once your order leaves our studio, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers.

Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs.

If the return is due to a confirmed fault or error on our part, we will cover the return postage.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received, typically within 3 business days. Please allow extra time for banks or credit card providers to process the refund.
