Processing Time
Each corsage is handcrafted to order with care and attention to detail. Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days before being shipped. (Does NOT include custom corsage & buttonhole orders)

Order Scheduling & Event Dates

All custom orders are scheduled according to the event date provided at checkout. Orders for events further in the future will not be made or dispatched immediately — they will be created closer to the event to ensure freshness and quality. Orders with earlier event dates will always be prioritised to ensure timely delivery.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this scheduling policy.

Packaging & Care
We take extra care in packaging your corsage to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. All parcels are marked as fragile, and delicate flowers are protected to minimise damage during transit. Minor shedding is natural and does not affect the overall appearance of your corsage.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Australia only. Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel’s progress.

Shipping Responsibility
Once your order leaves our studio, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the shipping carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
